Massages
Well I confess I have become rather addicted to body massages:
1. Tradition of Massage >> renamed as Healing Touch
relatively cheap compared to SPA companies and very friendly staff (esp those in River Valley branch )
Good massage techniques too... totally relaxed
2 Shiatshu @ Myfoot @ Novena
Well as you may realised that the original branches were in Great world city and Centrepoint. If you have been to the branches you would realised immediately the differences in management style and atomspheres between the original branches and those franchised... The Novena branch is franchised and their skill level is not very good. However shiatshu (if you like it to be gentle) is not too bad. Recommend to give it a try.
3 House of traditional baliness massage
Was introduced to this branch from an online friend whom I have never met and had lost contact already. The setting is kinda old but its quite authentic in terms of the style, long stokes and full body massage. Both Healing touch and tradition of balinese massage applies same massage oil...
4. Footworks Pte Ltd
This is the one at the International building recommended by my boss and we actually went down together with 2 other colleagues. Well 40 dollars, you will get a basic footwash, massage from foot to head... not bad huh... but I didnt really like their technique... not very skillful by my standard.
5. Kenko
Their back and body massage are really hard... so if and only if you enjoy really hard, pentrating pressing type of massage, then you can try Kenko's body massage :)
Personally, sometime its so hard that I didnt fell asleep and was in pain for a few days. I didnt like their foot reflex either..
The rest...
well I have not try alot of new places yet... because realistic/practically I wont go for too expensive massages.
