Tired

Extremely tired from work, there's so much to do, and I am frustrated that my team, I am only one who is most experienced. It tires me out cos my team leads would get my help in almost every thing. I am also doing quite alot for him and also involved in Solution Integration. I know he has alot on his plate too but I just thought its a little slave driving to be expecting one to finish so much. Luckily there's not much politics and people are generally respectful and friendly. Anyway, I am just upset/annoyed that although my performance has been rated outperform ( ie above expectation ), I am still a few months short to be promoted in the coming promotion cycle, and I have to wait till the next round. I wish I will continue to keep up the "good work" and keep in the good books of all the respective boss in the project to get the promotion I deserve.

I was told that there will be salary increment for this time round. Hopefully it will be a good one.
