Packed Sat...

Arranged to see Dr Bruce Lee the chiropractor at Camden Medical centre at 9am so that I have sufficient time to go to Stamford House to color my hair at 11.30am

After Dr Lee had perform 'shifting' my neck and left shoulder blade... I was hungry and treated myself to Mc Donald breakfast at Tanglin Mall which was already 11am when I was done.
Nonetheless, I was told by Dr Lee the pain was due to the bones shifted out of alighnment and he could felt the shifts in hip, neck and shoulder blade... He said it would need some time since it was a result of accumulated shifts from hip right up to the neck. The bones will need some time to re-adjust back too.

In between I also spend 15mins in That CD shop and purchased "High Society Mansion 3" just because it was a pretty lady recommending it to me :P


Anyway I went Hair Folio again and this time round, my hair stylist spoke more to me in terms sharing her 'coming out' stories. It was quite interesting to hear her stories. Most of all, I am happy to have gotten acquainted with her more this year despite the fact we had exchanged contact numbers one year ago.
