Things go wrong

Everything went wrong ... esp today and I know it would not have happened if I am not thorough and careful. Even good intention can go wrong and come back to hunt us... ( personally and at work )

I am really sorry for causing troubles.

I pray for God to grant me his Widom and Love in dealing with all things.
